Terms of Use
The rules for using the Typing Station beta, accounts, public profiles and community features.
Effective 12 July 2026 · Beta version
Using Typing Station
You may use Typing Station for lawful personal typing practice. You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy of information you submit and activity performed through your account.
Community and content
Do not upload or publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or privacy-invasive content. Handles, bios, passages and other public material may be removed when they harm users, the service or third parties.
Results and availability
Typing scores, analytics, rankings and training suggestions are informational and may change as measurement methods improve. The Beta may contain errors, change without notice or experience downtime. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of Beta data.
Ownership
Typing Station and its original interface, software and branding remain owned by their respective owner. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Typing Station permission to host and display it only as needed to operate features you choose to use.
Suspension and deletion
We may restrict accounts that abuse the service, manipulate rankings or threaten security. You may delete statistics or your account through Account settings. Deletion is irreversible once processed.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Typing Station is not liable for indirect loss, lost practice history or reliance on Beta analytics where liability can lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
Material changes will be announced in the service. Continued use after an effective date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
